Any content you post on your profile or others’ profiles, such as comments or posts, is publicly accessible, including by search engines. Information you voluntarily share on the Platform can be seen by anyone. Content you make public may be reshared by others both on and off the Platform.
Be mindful of who you share with, as they can further distribute it beyond your intended audience. For instance, if you send a post or message to specific users, they may download or share that content elsewhere. Likewise, your likes or comments on others’ posts are visible to anyone who can view that content.
Additionally, other users may create and share content about you, such as tagging you in a post or uploading a photo of you. We reserve the right to share all public content on any social media platform or other online/offline platforms. However, we will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties, except in anonymized formats, unless explicitly stated in these terms.
We may share your personal information with any entity within our corporate group. "Group" refers to any entity that we control, that controls us, or that is under common control with us.
When using the Platform to share content, you control the audience. For example, when you post from the Platform on Facebook, you decide whether to share with all friends, certain friends, or a specific group. Similarly, when sharing via apps like WhatsApp, you control who sees your content. We are not responsible for how those individuals use the content you share with them via third-party platforms.

We may offer certain paid products or services, including virtual goods, premium features, and in-app products. Purchases are processed via your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card, Google Play, third-party processor). All payments are non-refundable.
You can license virtual gifts or digital goods (“Gifts”) by acquiring Coins through authorised payment methods. Please note that Coins and Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of legal tender.
Please note: Once Coins or any service is purchased on the Platform, they are non-refundable in any manner.
Coins can be used to purchase virtual items, view premium content, make audio & video calls, or chat with users. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. Attempting to sell/trade Coins may result in termination of your account.
Gifts represent a limited licence to access certain digital products or services. All conversions and redemptions of Coins into Gifts are final.
We implement technical and security measures to safeguard collected information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We store your data using Contabo and Google Cloud Platform, with servers located both in India and internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with the latest update date indicated at the top.
Please note that transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its security during transmission.
You may delete or amend your information at any time. You may also request corrections or stop marketing communications by contacting us at chargetaskdigital@gmail.com.
We do not retain sensitive personal information longer than necessary. Public content may be stored indefinitely or cached by other users/systems.
